How to Avoid Acne Vulgaris and Pimples

Acne vulgaris is known as acne vulgaris. It is the inflammation of sebaceous glands in the skin. It consists of red zones, raised skin that may become even more pustules and cysts that cause scarring.

There are myths about things to avoid eating to help reduce acne breakouts, but research has found that for the most part, the food does not play a role in causing acne. Natural medicine doctors, however, related to the state of food allergies acne.

Vitamins can also help prevent acne and pimples. In tests on acne, topical application of four gel percent niacinamide was applied twice daily for two months. Another method to help prevent acne and pimples was the use of herbs. Tonic herbs such as burdock has been demonstrated in the use of skin conditions. This plant is known for its properties to have a cleaning action when taken orally. Other herbs that can be added to burdock root to increase efficiency include yellow dock, red clover, and blades.

Another holistic approach is the use of acupuncture. Acupuncture is the use of fine needles at certain strategic points on the body to focus the energy in the areas in need of healing. Another useful tool is a treatment called cupping. Cupping is the use of cup-shaped instruments to apply suction to the area in need of healing.

Finally, another method that can be used in the prevention of acne vulgaris and buttons is hypnosis. In one study, told a patient to say the word "scar" instead of picking up his face, and scratches resolved. This treatment, but had no effect on the surface of the underlying skin.
