Many people these days are afraid for their social life because of the different types of pimples that are the bane of your face, neck, chest, back and other body parts. These types of pimples are very large and painfully irritated. Not not explode.

So why are my clogging pores in the first place?

Well, it could be for many reasons. Many times it is due to poor diet and lifestyle. If you eat the wrong foods, not shower every day, and not getting enough sleep at night, it's likely to get pimples. So if you can change your lifestyle a bit and be a little healthier, your pimples should disappear.

However, often a doctor will prescribe stronger medications to help get rid of the different types of pimples that can have. While this is effective in getting rid of your pimples, it is not the way forward. Sometimes these drugs are so strong and often have negative side effects. Also, take these drugs do not treat the problem at source; rather, these drugs only "mask" the real problem.

Tips to get rid of various types of pimples

- Eat unprocessed foods
- Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits
